Connect Simpro, where your jobs, quoting and invoicing happen, with Xero, where your accounts are kept. Customers, suppliers and transactions created in Simpro are sent to Xero automatically, and payments are kept in step between both systems, so your team doesn't have to re-enter data in two places.
How it works
Customers, suppliers, invoices, bills and credit notes go from Simpro to Xero, and payments are kept in step in both systems — fully managed and monitored by our engineers.

FAQ
Yes. Progress, deposit and final invoices are all created in Xero as sales invoices.
As soon as it's approved in Simpro. It's created in Xero as an approved invoice with the same invoice number, ready for payments to be applied.
Simpro. Xero doesn't send it, so your customer only receives one copy. This can be adjusted during scoping.
It's kept as a single Xero contact, linked to both the Simpro customer and the Simpro supplier. Where their details differ, the customer record is used.
By email address. A Simpro customer or supplier links to the Xero contact with the same email, so you don't end up with duplicates. Customers and suppliers need an email to sync, and any that share an email are flagged as duplicates for you to fix.
Simpro. Changes made in Xero are written back to Simpro, but if the same field changed in both, Simpro's value is kept.
No. Each payment is linked to its counterpart, so a payment recorded in Simpro and one reconciled in Xero are never duplicated.
Each line is posted to the Xero account and tax rate mapped during setup, with Simpro's tax amount kept so totals match exactly. Tracking categories can be mapped from Simpro cost centres if you use them.
Once a supplier invoice number has been entered against them in Simpro. They're created in Xero as approved bills, ready to pay.
No. Bills are paid in Xero, and those payments stay in Xero.
