WooCommerce takes the order, and HubSpot knows the customer. Integration Fox sends each customer to HubSpot as a contact and each paid order as a deal in a WooCommerce pipeline, with line items attached, so marketing and sales can see what every customer has bought.
How it works
Customers become HubSpot contacts, and paid orders become deals in their own WooCommerce pipeline with line items attached — fully managed and monitored by our engineers.

FAQ
No. Nothing is installed on your store. We connect to WooCommerce and HubSpot through their APIs and run the sync for you.
Ours is set up and run by our engineers, puts orders in their own WooCommerce deal pipeline, and can be extended with custom properties and logic for your setup.
No. They go into their own WooCommerce deal pipeline. That needs HubSpot Starter or above; on HubSpot's free tier, orders go into your existing pipeline as their own stages.
Paid orders: those that reach Processing, and virtual or downloadable orders that go straight to Completed. Pending, failed and on-hold orders aren't sent.
As soon as the order is paid, so revenue reports include it straight away. Cancelled and refunded orders move to a closed-lost stage.
Yes. Every order creates or updates a contact, matched on email.
No. For existing contacts, only empty fields are filled in from the order.
Only if your store captures an opt-in at checkout. Otherwise contacts' subscription settings in HubSpot are left as they are.
Orders are sent in the currency they were placed in. If you sell in more than one currency, turn on multi-currency in HubSpot.
Not as standard. Abandoned carts need an extra WooCommerce plugin, and line items already carry the product name, SKU and price. If you need either, talk to us and we'll scope it.
