WooCommerce takes the order, and MYOB Business keeps the books. Integration Fox sends each paid order to MYOB as a sale invoice, with the customer, items, freight and GST already mapped, so sales are recorded without anyone rekeying them.
How it works
Paid WooCommerce orders go to MYOB Business as sale invoices, with customer cards created or matched on email — fully managed and monitored by our engineers.

FAQ
No. Nothing is installed on your store. We connect to WooCommerce and MYOB through their APIs and run the sync for you.
Paid orders: those that reach Processing, and virtual or downloadable orders that go straight to Completed. Pending, failed and cancelled orders aren't sent.
Yes. Cards are matched on email, including guest checkouts, so repeat customers aren't duplicated. If a customer's details change, the card is updated from their latest order.
No. Each line is sent as a description with its amount and GST code. Products and stock stay in WooCommerce.
Yes. If you'd like item sales and stock tracked in MYOB, we can match lines to your MYOB items by SKU. We'll discuss it during scoping.
No. Order numbers are sent with a short prefix, such as "WC1234", set during setup.
Each line is sent tax-inclusive with the GST code mapped from your WooCommerce tax rates, so MYOB totals match the order.
Orders are sent to MYOB in the currency they were placed in. If your store sells in more than one currency, you'll need a MYOB Business plan with multi-currency.
The cancellation isn't carried across, so your finance team reverses or credits the invoice in MYOB.
Not as standard. Payments are reconciled in MYOB against your payment gateway's deposits, and refunds are entered as customer returns. If you need these automated, talk to us and we'll scope it.
Custom fields and non-standard setups are common. We scope these during setup.
