Yes. We map Simpro jobs to the appropriate Acumatica entity — whether that's a project, a sales order, or another record type — based on your specific business configuration. The mapping is built around your workflows, not a generic template.
What happens if a job in Simpro is updated after it's synced?
With a two-way or update-triggered sync, changes to the Simpro job record are reflected in Acumatica automatically. We configure the update logic during setup based on which platform owns each type of change.
Do you integrate with MYOB Acumatica as well as standard Acumatica?
Yes. MYOB Acumatica (formerly MYOB Advanced) is a common platform in the Australian and New Zealand trades sector and we have specific experience integrating it with Simpro. Both versions are supported.
