The purpose of this policy is to provide you with a clear explanation of what personal data we collect, when, why and how we collect, use and share your personal data and it explains your rights.

2. What personal data do we process?
Your personal data may be entered into the Application by yourself or by third parties.
3. Synchronized (Synced) data
The clients of Integration Fox warrant that they have the right to sync data between certain online apps and tools. As soon as someone syncs your personal data, this policy applies to you. In case you are of the opinion that someone misuses your data, you should immediately contact the Data Protection Officer of Integration Fox.
Integration Fox syncs these data in a secure and safe manner and implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect these data in accordance with the GDPR and all applicable Data Protection Laws and Rules. These measures ensure a level of security appropriate to the associated risks and the nature of the personal data and take into account the state of the art, the nature, scope, context, and purposes of the processing, as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons. These measures include pseudonymization, anonymization, and encryption.
Integration Fox will never share synced data or use synced data for its own benefit and will keep it in strict confidence.
Note that Integration Fox syncs between several online tools and apps. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of these tools and apps. Please review the privacy policies of such third-party tools and apps. This policy does not address the privacy of information practices of any third parties.
4. Data provided by yourself
Data you provided by yourself will be used by Integration Fox for the purpose of operating the Application and providing our services to you. It is possible that your permission will be requested to use your data for certain other purposes. You can approve or reject this request. If you opt for specific services or communications, e.g. an e-newsletter, you can cancel your subscription for this at any time by following the instructions given in each communication. If you decide to unsubscribe from a service or communication, we will delete your data as soon as possible.
It is possible that your personal data will be supplemented with other data that the Application automatically collects, such as certain data concerning its interactions with visitors that facilitate operation, management, and planning. Some of this information may constitute personal data such as your browser type, operating system, IP address, domain name, number of times you visited the Application, dates, etc. These data may be collected via cookies and other tracking technologies. We use this information to monitor and analyze the use of the Application and the services and for the Application’s technical administration, to increase our Application’s functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor it to our visitors’ needs.
Under no circumstances do we share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. However, your personal data will be shared with all parties having a need to know them for the operation of the Application.
Integration Fox processes all data in accordance with this policy and with the GDPR and all applicable Data Protection Laws and Rules.
5. Inspection, correction, deletion and objection
In case you have an account within the Application, you can access your contact details at any time by logging in with your username and password to the Application. Certain users may create more users with different privilege levels within their account. It is the responsibility of the user that creates other user accounts to choose the level of access each user should have. Once these new users log into the Application this policy applies to them. If you want to correct or update your personal data, you can contact the person that created your account.
In case you have no account in the Application, you can request a copy of your data that Integration Fox processes. You can do so, by sending a letter with a copy of your identity card to our Data Protection Officer. In the event that you would like additional copies, an administrative fee will be charged.
Integration Fox will not retain your data longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations.
You have the right, if you have good reasons, to have your personal data removed. If you have grounds for this, you can also object to the use of your data. Integration Fox will study your request and comply if possible.

Any personal data stored on the Application is treated as confidential. All information is stored securely and is accessed by authorized personnel only. Integration Fox implements and maintains appropriate technical, security and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and use, and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft or disclosure. To ensure the confidentiality of your data, Integration Fox also uses professional firewalls and security passwords. However, you must ensure that the computer you use is adequately protected against malicious software, such as trojans and viruses.
The sending of certain data, such as emails, SMS, personal data and the like, to Integration Fox is always at your own risk. Integration Fox endeavours to ensure that the transfer of this data takes place in a secure manner, but is in no way liable for any damage that might result from the loss of certain data and/or from the interception of this data by a third party. The software needed in this regard must be installed and care must always be taken with regard to the use and communication of your personal data.
All Integration Fox employees undergo a background check. Additionally, anyone with access to security-sensitive information, such as those in engineering, services, support, and operations, must use LastPass with multifactor authentication for credentials management. Engineering staff with production system access also receive annual security training. Access rights for all employees are limited to only what's necessary for their job function.
Integration Fox's platform is built on top-tier technology frameworks and follows secure software development practices. All changes, whether bug fixes or new features, are rigorously tested and reviewed. The production and testing environments are kept separate, and customer data is never used in QA or developer testing. Security-related bugs receive top priority, and thorough analyses are conducted for major issues. Regular vulnerability and penetration tests are performed, and external security researchers are engaged. Access to the web app requires a username and password, while API access is protected by bearer tokens, both requiring SSL.
Integration Fox stores core application data in a high availability database cluster, with daily backups. Sensitive credentials are encrypted via AES 256, and the decryption keys are stored separately. The external data being integrated may temporarily reside in the primary application database or Amazon S3, never for more than 30 days. It's kept for error recovery and transit safety.
Your data will not be stored longer than necessary for the purposes for which we process them.
In case your personal data are provided under an agreement with us, they will not be kept longer than necessary for the fulfilment of that agreement. If your data are provided on the basis of your consent, processing will be stopped as soon as practically possible when you withdraw your consent. If your personal data are processed on the basis of a legal obligation or in the legitimate interest of Integration Fox, they will be retained for as long as necessary for this purpose.
